Can't Add Closures in Pittsburgh, PA

Hi, I submitted an event for the University of Pittsburgh Arrival Survival next week which involves several road closures in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The event was approved by Waze but as I go to try to enter the closures, I found that I do not have the necessary access to do so.

How do I go about getting the needed access to add these road closures to the event?

Arrival Survival starts Monday and I want to be sure everything is in ahead of the 48hr mark.

Thank you for the post. Closures can only be added by users who are Level 3 or higher. I have compiled a list of the affected road segments and times and posted them in our road closures GHO for Pennsylvania for one of those editors to apply. These should be live sometime tonight or tomorrow morning.
