Can't approve or reject an Edit Suggestion and SUG icon persists on WME map

Steps to reproduce this issue:
There’s a suggestion on Uruguay that involves two segments and has been accepted in one of them and is pending in the other: https://waze.com/es-419/editor?env=row&lat=-34.76588&lon=-55.65906&zoomLevel=16&editSuggestions=d4d97374-883c-49d1-b48f-4f40848b1615
Now it can’t be accepted or rejected as when you try to reject and save it gives a message: “The edit is not open”
Please remove the icon form map. It has been there for more than 200 days!

THe SUG was about changing segment name and change has already been done
