I was going to make a parking lot road near Mission Street and Geneva Avenue in San Francisco. When I try to make a two way parking lot road, I can turn right into Geneva Avenue. When I try to make Geneva Avenue to turn right into a parking lot road, it doesn’t let me do that. It ended up with “I don’t have permission to make changes.”
