Can't Log in

Hello,

When I open WME with https://www.waze.com/editor or the link provided in “A comment on a map issue you reported” email. I am shown the login screen. Trying to Log in with username and password or Facebook does not work.

I tried contacting support, but the reply I got back was very basic. Essentially “Log out, log in, and you’re good to go!” This was tried many times!

Any help will be appreciated!

Hello, The credentials you used for this forum should be the same credentials for the editor.

Try changing your username in your client/app settings using this info.

Try logging in again with a new user-name. Thread is being moved to support.

I can’t log into the editor. but Im able to login everywhere else.
