Can't save changes (on the first try)

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
When making any change, e.g., adding a speed restriction, it does not properly save.
I get the error that I don’t have the right to change it, even though it’s within my zone and the segment is not locked.

Sometimes it’s saves on multiple tries.
