Can't save new road, not locked

I am trying to add my new street to the map in a subdivision that is currently under construction. I have the appropriate level permissions to add this road, and was able to add my address as a suggestion. Currently, my address points to the wrong neighborhood and my deliveries sometimes get lost there. My road is visible on google maps already, and the area I am trying to edit is in my drive history. It is not in a zone that I have no permission to edit. I can’t save, because any time I try to I get

“You do not have permission to make some of the changesSuggestion: Check and try again”

It may be because I cannot add a junction to the cross street. Can someone assist me or at minimum get in contact with me to help me add my neighborhood please. The address is already registered with USPS and I currently live here.

It was selecting a junction box above the turn off, I fixed it by creating a very short segment over that area.

Adding short segments can cause other problems. I did a lot of work in that area earlier today, but it won’t go live for a couple of days. I can’t remember the address. Please let me know so I can check again.

I think I remember the address being 13402 E 103rd Ave. I looked at the Junction Box on Vaughn Way and don’t see the short segment. Were you referring to the left turn lane you added? If so, I removed that as part of correcting that intersection.
