Can't set starting point or destination on live map

Unable to set starting point or destination on live map.

Issue is replicated in both Edge (Chromium) and Firefox (Gecko).

Inspecting the web page and toggling the device emulation to be of a mobile device enables for the starting point or destination to be selected.

Did you right click on the map where you want to set start point at?

Did you watch the video at all? But to answer your question right clicking and setting the destination works, it is when you want to type in the starting point or destination is when it doesn’t work.
