Could someone unlock the Ramp Segment to L2 please. Need to update the turn restrictions, the right turn into Buitenkant St is signposted (roadsigns and markings) as not allowed…

That’s rather interesting!
The Buitenkant is 2-way, and you don’t turn across traffic, but maybe it’s to prevent a back up at the lights just as you go under the bridge?

Dave, I’ve downlocked the continuation there.
Just looking at the road markings in streetview, it seems that same is true for a right turn into Maynard at the opposite end, off of this section of the ramp.
I downlocked that one too.
[EDIT] Hold that thought on the opposite one. There is only guidance markings on the road itself, but no supporting road sign that I can see that explicitly prohibits the right turn onto Maynard.

The one turn restriction done. I echo your thoughts about the other direction and there being no road sign. I’ve asked the reporter of the other restriction if they know about the other direction.
This whole area has changed since the Streetview pics where taken as well - the space under Mill St is now an IRT bus station…

I took a drive down here this morning - you are allowed to make the second right turn… so the streetview intel was correct!
