Always cool when they move a bridge, but I don’t recall the last time Utah built a bridge in place, UDOT’s been building off-site and moving into place for years.

All depends on if there’s a place to build them or enough clearance to move them in from further away.
All the bridge replacements during the T-Rex development in the 2000’s had no other option that in-place demolition and rebuild. The more recent 15th street bridge, 17th Pl, and Jewel Ave bridges also had to be done in-place.
