Routing issue from Dumlog, Talisay to JRS Express located in GF, 106 , Deiparine Annex Building, Cebu South Road , 6045 Talisay City , Cebu. Tells driver to traverse thru the oncoming lane (counterflow) upon entry to Cebu South Rd coming from San Isidro Road. It shoud direct driver to go to the nearest U-turn slot ahead.
