I’m in the process of changing my email address and need to know how to change it on Waze. When I open the Waze website, my email address is grayed out and I can’t change it.

It has my name on Waze for my email. Will that mess things up? I have to change my email due to changing my ISP. Thanks. Sandy
OK, with some updates I wanted to sync my Waze email with other services. I attempted to replace my hotmail address with my gmail, but it said my gmail already exists. OK. I logged out and went to the I forgot my username / password option and got an email with a username “01566cd7ab8471e9e5cbb884779dbcf”, clearly looks to be a temp assigned one and have 0 points and such. I reset the password and then logged into that account and did the account delete prompts. I then log back into this account but still get the email already exist error when I attempt to change it. Deadline I was giving to resolve the email syncing is May 20th.
I just tried again today and it appears to have worked. Maybe the old account was just marked for deletion in the database until some daily cleanup process was run at that server to actually delete it and freeing up the email.
controlnode, i have had the exact same experience as you. Still blocked by the ‘email already exists error’. It sucks that I need to wait for a day for this to clear up.
I have the same issue.
On my account, right up corner, it says email: null and I cannot edit.
