Changing Fuel Station Brand

Some nice updates to Waze over the past few weeks - thanks guys…

I’ve come across a few fuel stations which have changed owners/companies since what was reported on Waze. Any ‘WAZE’ we could have a small button to select ‘change branding’ so that we can update if the local Texaco is now a BP…?

I believe that would need to be changed into the editor, you can submit a general error report stating so I believe and an appropriately leveled map editor can make the change.

I’ve been changing them in the editor out here in North Carolina a lot since all the Hess stations were changed to Speedways

Changing the name field is not sufficient.
You need to have Waze also change the drop-down menu with the list of all brands. Ask a Local or Global Champ to make the request, they can handle it, maybe a CM too but I’m not sure as it depends on countries.

Although in this case Speedway should already be in the drop down box, so you should be able to change the brand as well as the name.

I’ve been doing the drop-drown menu change as well, plus adding all the other info as I notice them.
