Hi, there are already closures set on this segment for 5/8 and 5/9 (added by you yesterday). If you are adding closures that overlap these closure times for another purpose, the system will return an error to you.
Thanks, Luke. I was initially getting an error setting up the roadblocks but got that resolved. Although I use Waze personally, because this account for work use, my “level” is low enough I can’t make any map changes currently, as well.
If you sign up for Waze for Cities for work then you will be able to edit in the area assigned including closures.
Yes, if you have a “work” account with the Waze for Cities as Subs5 mentioned, you should be able to edit with no issues. If you are using a personal account trying to do the same, this would be set up as a normal “civilian” account with the same editing limitations and access to certain features based on editing level; closures are available to level 3+. If you are able to join us on Discord, there’s a lot of us available to offer help and can help navigate other editing needs as well. We love having contact with direct sources! Hope this helps!
