As a low-level editor, I cannot make the change myself, so I am reporting that segment ID (317379826) is closed to traffic in both directions.
This is due to a traffic light failure affecting the entire network of the mentioned underpass, which will take several days to resolve. The Mayor has ordered the temporary closure of the passage involving only the previously mentioned Segment ID.
