A friend of mine in Utah who knows I’m a Waze AM (although in Maryland) sent me this screenshot of a city “smudge” she observed. I’m not sure if it’s a city smudge or a larger error. This shows Pocatello, Idaho near Brigham City, Utah (see attachment)
I have never been to Utah and I have no editing rights there. So, even if I could see what is going on here, I wouldn’t be able to fix it. Therefore, I am passing this along to Utah editors in the Utah forum.
Strange. Nothing showing in WME, and I can’t replicate that in my app either. I’ve just kicked off a scan to search statewide for any matching segments, but I suspect it’s an app bug. Is your friend able to reproduce it?
I’m the friend in Utah. Cannot duplicate the error, but this is only a route I take monthly. Cannot duplicate from Brigham City, which is expected since that’s north of the issue even with zooming out.
What’s your approximate start location and your rough destination (shouldn’t need exacts, just something close to replicate the same routing)?
