Lots of new city smudges as a result of the City layer update, so not such a great fix in place then.

Whilst the city layer has not been updating it seems the checks for cities being too far away has been less than perfect. 
I spotted a number of these in Lincolnshire all linking small villages with other small villages elsewhere.
To date I have fixed the following:
Ulceby
Willoughby
Langton
Martin
Northorpe
Coleby
Scotton
Manton
Greetwell
In all cases the one with the least number of segments has had (County) added.
