Clicking on PUR in another country causes map display issue

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Go to the PL below in Kenya
2. Open the Solve tab and show PURs in Managua, Nicaragua
3. Click on the first PUR
4. Only the left portion of the map displays, with many segments overlapping and all the places shown along the left edge. See the attached video.
