Hi,
I use Waze every time I drive (or nearly), and even if I am by motorbike. The point is that I drive in a different way by car or by motorbike (and not only me). Thus, two problems appear :
- I modify the average speed of roads I use (typically, you are closer to the maximum legal speed than by car)
- I don’t have traffic jam, so I make traffic information wrong for car-drivers.
As a consequence, the optimal route isn’t the same for both vehicles.
I suggest two solutions :
- the simplest; the motorbike mode just turn off traffic effects (traffic jam,speed report).
+ no big modification are needed
- optimal routes are the same for motorbikes and cars in case of no traffic. - the best: the motorbike mode use a motorbike speed and traffic map.
+ allows to have motorbike traffic jam (could also append)
+ allows to have real optimal routes for motorbikes
- implies to duplicate speed and traffic process and data
