Closed Railroad in Fremont, NE

Hey all!

The former Fremont-Elkhorn Valley Railroad has been inoperative for a few years now and the city just recently flagged the crossings as ‘exempt’. The warning lights and crossing arms have been decommissioned and the crossings covered in asphalt in some areas. Can someone level 2 or up remove the below crossings or the track altogether?

Disregard. I am now at level 2 and can handle this myself.
