the on-ramp for I-84 East/West from Slater Road, New Britain, CT is now open again. I think I’m high enough level to edit it, but I can’t figure out how.

According to CT DOT, this closure is supposed to be in place until Oct 28th.
I monitored the traffic cams in the area for a bit this morning, and saw traffic entering I-84 W. The ramp to I-84 E was a “collateral closure” - it was planned to be open for the duration, but due to drivers not following the detour and backing back down the ramp to Slater Rd, CT DOT was forced to close the ramps to both directions of I-84. Ramps reopened in Waze.
Closures can be added in the app by any user & will impact only the reporter until other users confirm the closure by adding it as well. Persistent closures can only be added in the Waze Map Editor by users with an editing rank of 3 or greater.
I checked your editor profile and you’ve never made an edit in Waze, so you don’t have an editing rank yet (essentially rank zero, but making a single edit will get you to rank 1).
