Closed Street Segment - (need level 4 help)

I submitted a map update via the Android app since I can’t edit the segment. When I got an email that it was successful, I followed the link to the editor and see that the edit is incorrect

If you look at this segment:

you zoom in and clearly see traffic barrels that are more or less permanent on EB 120th Ave preventing entrance into the left turn cutout.

Waze is always suggesting this turn, but it has been restricted by barriers for almost 3 years now.

I have restricted the turn that allows for use, but since they are temporary barrels that are blocking the segment I believe it is best to leave the segment until a permanent barrier is set.
