Closing URs with an email address

A recent conversation was occurring on another server about the process of closing an Update Request that was “Not Identified” with an email address. The issue was that many times people fail to realize they can not reply to the email alert they receive and occasionally by providing an email in the closing of a UR we are able to solve a couple more.

I would like to encourage (not required) people to consider this when they are working on URs in Vermont, they can provide a personal email (I suggest setting up a gmail address for your waze activities) or feel free to use wazevermont@gmail.com which comes to me. I would be happy to share any info if with you that I receive if they indicate which editor they were working with.
