Closure help needed

I’m creating an event and need help from someone with permission to add closures.

Our event is the 7th annual Madison Ave Soapbox Derby in Decatur, GA

Madison Ave & Bryan Pl in Decatur, GA will be closed this Saturday between 8am-6pm

welcome to waze map editing.
I can add this event & closure for you if you like. also If you like to learn how to do the event your self adn then i can add the closure on the road … that is ok too.
map editors use a chat service called Discord, from there we can chat , help and guide editors … If you like to join in here is the link to join server. https://discord.me/southeast

if you want me to add the event and add the closures, just let me know…

Thank you - The system allowed me to enter the event but not the road closure.
Here are the details:
Madison Ave Soapbox Derby
Saturday, October 7th 8am-6pm (road closed)
The event is from 11am-5pm but we are doing set up & breakdown
Streets closed Madison Ave from Johnston Pl to Beaty Pl and Bryan Pl in Decatur, GA

I added the closure for you and link it to the event… take a look and if all ok, then on the event just needs to press the submit so the event is posted on waze.

Bryan Pl should also be closed between Madison Ave. & 2nd Ave.

Once that is complete we should be good and I’ll press submit

I added that road too just so it lookes closed… but waze would have NOT routed on it… since Madison Ave was already close and there was no way to route on it… but I added it to event anyway… that way the map will show it the same as Madison Ave,
If all good… just don’t forget to submit…
