The two segments here:

are closed due to the never ending sewer works in Newark. According to roadworks.org, the closure is until 9th April. I work nearby so can advise if this changes.
Also from 19th February until middle of June, the below segments will become one way, from B to A as highlighted.

Not sure if temporary one way systems are covered by putting a closure in place or just by changing the segments to one way?
The roadworks.org entry I found https://roadworks.org/?103267054 has an earlier end date and only covers Wellington Rd (not Beacon Hill Rd). However, I’ve gone with your link and dates - the man on the ground always knows best. 
Temporary one-way systems are best implemented as 1-way closures - remembering to make the direction of the closure opposite to that of the permitted traffic flow!
No doubt there will be some date, and probably other, changes as works progress. Any immediate amendment to what’s just been done, please post here.
Anything further in the future, please start a fresh topic, as then someone else will pick it up if I’m not around. Or you may have made level 3 by then, in which case do it yourself

Thanks, I’ll keep an eye on things. I think I’ll be spending a while stuck on the streets of Newark for the next few weeks.
Two user comments (applied directly to the roadworks closure through the app) say it’s now open. So I’ve deleted the closure.
Just spotted a point Map Comment from Rybowden also saying that the current roadworks have finished, but that Sleaford Rd will be closed from Monday. roadworks.org also has a Sleaford Rd closure; Kevintobraid, do you want to deal with it?
