Combine old Waze account with new one

Hi,

I have used Waze for several years now and recently discovered that at the moment I changed my email-address in Facebook, it created a new Waze account with that address.

Is it possible to combine these two accounts?
My old one is: NathanR21
My new one (in use) is: NathanvdR
