Hello, I am on the HOA board for my neighborhood. My neighborhood is currently getting sewer systems installed and as you could imagine the process has been extremely slow. They had the main entrance in our neighborhood was closed down for almost 4 months however we could never figure out how to get Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Wyze to start reporting the closure so as you could imagine it was running havok on Amazon, UPS and FedEx delivery drivers. The entrance is finally opened however it’s a very soft dirt road now (Delivery trucks along with the garbage trucks have already gotten stuck), However, construction is now starting to move down the roads as they bury the sewer lines. We have a fairly large neighborhood and the estimated completion date is December 2024 (Yes over a year) I was tasked by our HOA board to see if there is a way I can start updating the GPS maps of where the new road clousers are at to help delivery drivers or anyone using GPS to find out where the closures are at, however, I see I have to be a Level 3 member to report the road closures, what is the best way I can go about getting these road closures reported and then report them reopened when the construction has moved on? I know this is a rare thing that happens so I didn’t know if Wyze could grant me temporary access to edit the maps just for my neighborhood. I can provide any documents from the County, or HOA board or even provide pictures of the construction with the street names.
Thank you for any insight!
