See google street view on the editor, I can confirm there is a plastic street sign saying Countryview Cres there, Google Maps is wrong with calling this stretch Adcock Rd, this link is for the same footage as seen in the street view portion of the editor

I see - there a white sign as you SV up the Private road.

I’ve also checked with the regional district, and it has niether listed - only that its a private driveway. The trailer park is addressed as being on Shuswap Rd.
Being local, I’ll add this to my watch list next time I’m in the area, but I’m currently hesitate to map a ‘non official’ street name that doesn’t have associated addresses.
