I don’t know how to create a new segment on a road to reflect a speed limit zone. All of Lock Road in this area shows as a speed limit 55, but there is a section that is 45. How can I fix? The segment ID is 77917343.

@Tarina17 Thanks for the speed limit correction. I’ve marked it 45 from the stop sign west to the change back to 55 mph. It should appear on the map in 2-4 days or so. Thanks for helping out with editing!
