I’m clicking to save my place that I have created and it says I do not have permission to make some of the changes. Does this mean it still saved?

Was added back on 11 August 2025. White Plains Hospital Physician Associates at 750 White Plains Rd, Scarscale, NY.
The facility has different businesses with different entrances. We were looking to be specific and pinning the businesses in the correct spots within the facility so that people using Waze know which entrance to enter when they are looking at directions to that specific business.
Hi there — would it be possible to add a “North Entrance” as the entry point to the existing location? Right now, users are being routed to the West (front) entrance, which is causing confusion. If we can set the North entrance as the primary entry point, it would direct people to the correct location. Please let me know if this is something you can update. Thank you!
Jumping in here since it’s been a few days. Just to check - is this the north entrance? We like to set places to route to the front door, so I want to make sure this is the one you are talking about.

Thanks - It should be working correctly then. Try deleting the address/business from your Waze search history and saved places (including home / work if set), then search again. Your app will try to remember the incorrect location unless it’s completely deleted, so be sure to go back through your history and saved places. After removing, search should end routing at the point in my screenshot.

Added! It will take a few days for the extension of the parking lot road to the back of the property to show up and route to the end of it.
