Cross over points near intersection of Boundary Road and Racecourse Road North Melbourne

Hi,

There are two sections that allow crossing tram tracks near the intersection of Boundary Road and Racecourse Road (yellow dotted lines).

Lonie Street intersection with Racecourse Road
Can turn into Lonie Street from Racecourse Road going east
Can turn right onto east direction of Racecourse Road
Can do a u-turn (this is important because it allows you to turn right into Boundary Road from Racecourse Road when travelling east)

Plessey Lane intersection with Racecourse Road
Says you can’t turn right into Plessey Lane from Racecourse Road when going east. You can.

You are not allowed to drive over raised dividing strips which run beside some tram tracks.
You can drive through a break in the dividing strips but you must give way to any trams or vehicles travelling on the road you are entering.

Can’t fix due to lock level.

I concur and after reference to the Road Safety Road Rules 2017 Amendments April 2021 I have fixed and verified both intersections - for anyone reading along at home I will also share that you are permitetd to start a uturn according to Sec 37 (b)

(b) the driver can safely make the U-turn without unreasonably obstructing the free movement of traffic.

Is it possible for someone to revert it please?
