Hello!

I need your assistance with Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport, could you please update the info (I have not enough edit rights).

Please update the following information:

  1. Please update property name from Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport to “Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel”;
  2. update property website to Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel | Modern Hotel in Seattle
  3. remove amy mention of IHG (it’s Marriott now);
  4. remove duplicates, if any.

  1. I see that the website is still outdated on the live page (IHG website). Could you please check one more time and update it to Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel | Modern Hotel in Seattle

  2. Could you please update the images as well, if possible (they are outdated);

  3. I see an outdated duplicate on the live page: Driving directions to Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport, an IHG Hotel, 17338 International Blvd, Seattle - Waze

Is it possible to remove it?

I have made some additional changes.

Updated web address from the general Marriott web site to the specific Marriott page for this facility.

Removed outdated photo. We do not have the ability to remotely add photos, those are optionally added by Wazers via the app, there is no other way to add photos. You can always have someone log into Waze at the facility and add photos there on site.

The current name for this location is up to date (Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel), and searches for that name are functioning in Live Map, but prior names are routinely kept in Waze as alternates so if anyone searches by the old name they will still be given results (and routing) to the location. I suspect you are seeing an instance of the old name. It is not a duplicate result, it is an alternate name for the same place.

I’m not sure why my website updated didn’t take before. Sorry about that.

The old result showing up in Livemap search is most likely because of this Google Maps result. Livemap IS NOT a good indication of what is seen in Waze, which is why we ask for a link in the map editor. If you don’t see it in the map editor, the result you are seeing in Livemap comes from somewhere else.

When asking us to remove images, the map editor is also where you should be looking to see what is in Waze. I had removed all but one that didn’t include the old name. Because of this request, @SeveriorumPatrem removed that image as well leaving no photos of the hotel.

For awhile you guys were doing OK on this, but you’re beginning to waste our time again. If you check the chat between us, the last message to me was from your CEO. Please review some of the directions he provided regarding what to look for.
