Hey everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself and let all of the northern Dallas users know that there is someone else out driving around aimlessly recording roads (and munching up the pac-man points).

I’m driving mainly in the Plano/Richardson area … so I’m trying to make my way through the worst (add 15 minutes or more) commutes that I can, just so the map can tell me not to drive from Plano to Richardson via Garland.

I’m on a Sprint HTC Mogul (Windows Mobile 6.1) using Waze 1.2.4. Hopefully there are lots of other users in the area recording roads and getting traffic updates for me so that I can avoid 75 and 635 at the right times of day.

I’m going to be hitting up everywhere from as far north as Denton but mostly between Lewisville and North Plano/Frisco area on a regular basis. Probably won’t venture from my route too much on the way to work but coming home I’ve got several different routes I’ll take to help build out the maps.

I’m running Waze 1.2.4 on the T-Mobile TouchPro2 (Windows Mobile 6.1).

Just discovered this app. I’m in Frisco mainly commuting to the Denton area. I’ll be using this a lot on 35E from Denton down to Dallas.

I’m south in Cedar Hill. If you’ve ever seen the huge TV towers to the south with the red lights, that’s the place. I work just north of downtown Dallas, so I try to get some “munch time” in on my lunch breaks.

How did I miss this thread? Weird. I live in Arlington, but I’m a local truck driver so I’m all over D/FW during the day. I’m seeing more and more folks on my phone when using Waze so, hopefully, we’ll be joined by more of them here in the forums soon.
