I need to QW this intersection and eliminate the extra node on Inwood but cannot b/c Inwood is locked. Any one able to unlock Level (6) or have a work around?

Thanks, although, wonder why you could and I couldn’t? We appear to be same Level (4) CMs and to top it all off, this is my local region. Odd. Thanks again though! :slight_smile:
