There’s an update request for a street number, it turns out the number requested is missing on Mockingbird.

LA fitness should not be a landmark (reference) POI searches are handled via third party lookup; typically Bing in the US for now. You can check Bing’s location for the LA Fitness and submit a correction there.
I did add the address 4540 to W Mockingbird Ln for what good it will do.

The report stated that Waze was directing the user to the wrong spot & if you search for LA Fitness on Mockingbird, you get the correct address from Bing. So, it was likely because it didn’t know where the street number was.
And I know it shouldn’t be a landmark, as I stated in my post, I added it temporarily to make it easier to tell where the street number should be added. It’s gone now. I guess I shouldn’t bother trying to make high level editor’s lives easier. 
I tried searching Bing Maps for LA Fitness and there wasn’t one listed at 4540 W Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX. There is one listed at 4540 E Mockingbird Ln though. I wonder if Bing has it wrong or there are two locations at coincidentally symmetric locations.
After zooming in and looking around I believe that Bing has the address wrong and the pin is even located at the wrong position for the wrong address that they list. So Bing is totally screwing up the POI destination for that search.
Bing does have the correct coordinates for an address search for 4540 W Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX.
