Dangerous "Alternate Routes"

I live in the San Bernardino National Forest in Southern California. We are surrounded by National Forest Roads which can be a nice drive in summer, although many are not for the faint of heart.
In winter they are not passable mostly.
Last winter we were inundated with visitors who tried to leave on the three main CA State Highways and got impatient with standstill traffic. SOLUTION! Turn to Waze for alternate routes. Sadly some of them are these Forest Service Roads which are impassible. People in regular passenger vehicles should know this, But they plow ahead and get stuck. In areas where there is no cell coverage this could be a deadly mistake.
Is there no way on Waze to show that these roads are NOT alternate routes so people don’t keep making these mistakes? It creates a nightmare for emergency rescue crews and tow vehicles. One group of two cars had to be left in the forest until weather cleared because it wasn’t safe to try to pull them out.

Can you provide an example of where Waze routed someone through forest service roads? We do our best to keep this from happening for just that reason. An example would be using back roads to avoid I-15 through Cajon Pass.
