Second day of dashboard issues. The service may need to be restarted again.
I was wondering if this was an issue again, mine hasn’t updated for a couple of days, either. Thanks for the post.
same here, no updated scores on the App x2 days now, online though shows updated scores.

Parts of my Dashboard have not updated since Tuesday 8/12. Reports and total miles changed on some days but not rankings. I’ve had 43 mile days and 250 mile days but ranking hasn’t changed last 4 days.
Does anyone from WAZE read the forums?
I just came here looking for the same answers. I have not seen an update on iOS Dashboard since Tuesday 8/12; however online Dashboard is updated. I have logged out and logged back in the phone app to see if that would sync with the server, but no luck.

Both my app and web dashboard wont update i just started using waze and i really like it but all my stats are still empty and i’m still a baby wazer even after getting 2.5k points

it’s a waiting game now folks, still my App score’s been frozen since 8/12. let’s hope after midnight tonight, 8/17 it’ll refresh itself.
Same as always … When this happens Waze Staff typically restart the stalled scoreboard servers on Sunday afternoon our time. No need to un/reinstall, log-out/in, etc. The fix is on the way.
Crossing my fingers right now, i’m literally like 2.2K points shy of Waze Royalty, oh yeah!..
Time for a 450 mile roadtrip to push it over the top?
Yet another day and dashboard rankings have not updated.
Five days now…

It has updated score and rank for me on the iPhone App earlier today, Aug. 17 at 2pm EST (Maryland, USA).
My score finally “updated”… And now I have over 11k fewer points than what I should have. Needless to say, I hope the problem gets resolved or I’m going to be an unhappy camper.
It kind of worked yesterday. Everything updated except reports made.
Today the miles driven didn’t update.
Seven days now since the dashboard worked correctly.
Do each of us that lost points need to contact waze support.

This morning, 8/20, dashboard is working again for me.
I took a screenshot of when I lost nearly 500k points so if it doesn’t get resolved in the next few days, I can at least submit a support ticket and get my points back that way.
I understand that they’re not the most important thing to them, but if they’re going to maintain the points system they should at least attempt to fix glitches like this in a somewhat timely fashion. Otherwise just get rid of them.
I have had this issue for 2-3 weeks now. The app for my iPhone haven’t updated points for my miles and I’ve been driving every day, but didn’t get he week bonuses either. It seems however that the points on the online dashboard has been updated.
I hope this gets fixed again.
Dashboard ranking has not updated since Saturday (3 days). I think it’s broke again.
