I’ve moved this request to the Azerbaijan > Azerbaijan: Update Requests And Questions-Sorğular category. A local volunteer should be with you soon.

That being said, Waze will also use Google Maps locations. Looks like perhaps you just need to add a missing driveway/parking lot road.
