Portugal was strike by two major weather depression in consecutive days: Starting 19/12/2019 until 22/12/2019, Elsa e Fabien!
Flooded roads (including Freeways and Major Highways) and land slides were the more common events scattered all over the country. More than 9500 events registered, 2 deaths, one disappeared person, more than 144 homeless and many more removed for precaution…
Community efforts managed to gather information from police forces, protection agents and road management entities, in order to place the road closures almost in real time! A success within disaster.
