An active contributor to WME, available nearly 24/7 , whether on raid maps or in the Grand Est region. I enjoy editing, but also helping through informal mentoring.
I am also involved in the Waze First Responder and Beta / Pre-Beta communities to provide feedback to the staff. I also take the time to consult the various Wikis, in both English and Hebrew, to supplement my knowledge of the different features.
The Grand Est region has also seen a significant boost with the rollout of features like speed bumps / school zones / traffic lights / dangerous curves (and for that, I would like to thank the various SM/RM editors in the area for their kindness and friendliness). MPs are handled in under 24 hours and PURs in 48 hours. I have set up dashboards for department tracking and a system for welcoming new editors in the area, cross-referenced with the high-volume reports sent daily by the staff.
I have also completed all Wazeopedia training/badges available in French, as well as those only available in English. I am also always present during staff presentations and active in opening bug tickets or suggestions.
Today, I wish to take my commitment further by contributing more to the global management of the map, which is why I am applying for the CM role. I am, of course, available to discuss my experience and motivations further.

Following our recent exchanges and observations within the team, we have decided to remove your Country Manager role for the time being.
We want to clarify from the outset that this decision is not final and by no means closes the door to a new request from you in the future. We see this more as a necessary break, to allow us to start again, when the time comes, on healthier foundations.
Holding this role comes with explicit expectations on which it is important that we are all aligned. For a future application to be successful, we will need to align on these principles:
Respect for the wiki and the France rules.
Genuine caution regarding topics that have not yet been settled.
Constructive acceptance of feedback provided by LCs and CMs.
Refraining from sharing personal rules or interpretations until they have been collectively validated.
