Hi there! My name’s Lisa - I’m a hygienist at Maples Dental in Jacksonville. Recently we’ve been getting patients saying that Waze is taking them to some wellness place off 295/Baymeadows instead of our office. (We’re having a similar issue with Google Maps doing the same thing and I’ve made a request to fix it there too)
The correct address is 11512 Lake Mead Ave, Suite 523. Jacksonville FL 32256. It’s next to Great Harvest bakery, NOT at this location near Arbys.
Can someone help me figure this out?
HI, thanks for reporting this. It appears the issue is with the address on Google (waze will sometimes use those) and not the business listing The place is located here on the map: https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=30.23238&lon=-81.51285&zoomLevel=20&venues=182518062.1825115087.8684169
However, I have added the address to the waze map, which can take a few days to show on the app. As everything in the immediate area has the same address, not including the suite numbers, it will not take the person to the door of your business with only using the address. It would be best for them to search by the name. I have also requested Google update the bad address, so hopefully they will update this and all the issues will go away. Thanks!
