Denver 80205 - Construction Closure Needed Through 2024

Location 37th Avenue and Downing/Marion Streets Denver CO 80205

Can someone please put a long-term closure in place for 37th Avenue east bound from Downing Street to the alley? They are building an apartment complex next door and that portion of our street will be closed until well into 2024. 37th and Downing.jpg

Thank you for the info on the closure. I have it in place through the end of May 2024. If this needs to be shortened or extended, please let us know.
