You raise some good points.
That said, the challenge is that the only way the system works is with these precise figures.
So, if you don’t feel like making something up, it will be up to the Champ who approves the submission to make something up. I’m guessing your local educated guess is better than a Champ’s WAG.
The best bet for “currently closed” is a couple hours ago / the previous midnight. It doesn’t really matter – as soon as it’s uploaded, the closure will be active.
As for the short term / long term closures – take a guess. If it opens early, we can always have the closure ended early, and if it needs to be extended, same deal.
