Para mim não apareceu qual segmento você gostaria que fosse desbloqueado, já resolveu?
Achei algumas rampas entre principais, somente devemos usar rampas entre rodovias:
“Utilizam-se Ramps quando o tráfego se move entre duas rodovias (categoria Highways) sem a utilização de semáforos ou sinais de parada. Também são utilizadas quando qualquer via da categoria Streets (Primary Street, Street ou Service Road) ou Parking Roads se conecta a uma rodovia (categoria Highways)”

Tenho muito que apreder por aqui, ficarei sempre muito grato por receber ajuda.
Local totalmente desalinhado, não há ponte, é uma travessia de balsa. Tentei consertar mas meu celular saiu da área, não tenho privilégios para editar. Bem interessante se houvesse conserto.
Certo Maurício, o Gps mostrava erro por estarem indo na direção inversa da Rua como se o sentido dela fosse o outro e sua geometria.
Mas ta feito então.
