I ask senior editors to analyze the PL below, highway PB-293. This is not a request to unlock (since I do not edit elements higher than L4), but a suggestion for correction, as the highway is classified as Federal/Freeway, with lock 5.
However, according to the guidelines in the post Deactivation of the auto-lock mechanism, the classification should be State, with lock 3.
As can be seen in the PL, this segment of PB-293 has the alternative name “BR-110”. This might be a concurrent segment (where different highways share the same stretch), with the main name prevailing.

Therefore, I believe the classification should be adjusted to State, with lock 3, or the primary name should be changed to BR-110.
