Have you a had a waze win? Has waze saved the day? Share here!

I will start this off with a story about waze saving the day today, and then a couple of photos of waze wins.

Waze announced that there was an accident ahead. I saw it was right over the overpass, so I slowed way down as we were also in a torential downpour. Sure enough, someone didn’t slow down fast enough, and started spinning the wrong way down the highway…aimed right at me. Thanks to waze warning me well ahead of time, and being prepared, I was able to avoid the collision, and also help all the other drivers behind me not collide also. :o

I-95 was a parking lot today, but waze helped me miss all of it!

Waze Win for Pittsburgh, inbound to the city from the Airport. Route avoided heavy traffic congestion :smiley:

Denver, CO win! The editors there have done a marvelous job keeping the map, roads and routes nice and crisp! I wish I would have gotten a screenshot of the Waze client of these reroutes. But I didn’t. I did however take a screenshot of the drive from WME… The dark black lines are the routes that would have been the normal “Quickest”. These are two afternoon drives and a morning drive, in that order. The I-25 cooridoor is ALWAYS congested. It got me around it very well. Then, even the side roads (still major / minor highways by FC) were congested so it routed around those too.

Nice to know the routing in Denver is so great. I’m going there this weekend!
