I frequently get really poor directions when using the I-75 Express lanes. Southbound in the morning it will tell me to exit Terrell Mill and circle around on crazy routes to get to I-285. This has happened more than once and not because of current traffic. I ignored the bad route, stayed on the Express Lanes and gained 5-8 minutes once I transitioned to I-285. When headed NB the same things have happened. It happens often enough to make me think there’s bad code somewhere in the map or route. I also believe the folks at the state or county that control direction and direction changes don’t communicate the timing but if it’s possible to get to see if the Express Lanes are available in my direction there and in Henry County that would make things much better.
For proper navigation the express lanes require a pass. please use the following steps to verify the correct pass is installed on your device.
The Express Lanes require adding a Peach Pass to Waze before you will be routed on them. To do this, please open “Settings”, “Navigation”, “Toll & HOV Passes”, then add Peach Pass. If you do not see Peach Pass, please tap “Show All Passes”. Thank you!
