A UR was recently opened, questioning the routing for one of the entrances to Ceasa in Maracanaú.

My conversation with the user below reveals that this access is allowed for any and all vehicles heading to Ceasa for supplies. And in this case, they can be private vehicles.
I even put a restriction on the segment for a few days.
But this needs to be discussed.
If private cars with cargo can enter, we already have the answer.
I worked on that Enel construction site out front about 2-3 years ago. At the time, I saw there was a gate right back there, even with a security guard.
It was already a cargo terminal, I know that, but I wasn’t aware of the ban on car traffic.
Yes. I agree that would be the answer.
But consider this.
The number of vehicles heading to Ceasa just to shop is infinitely higher than private vehicles with cargo.
In this way, we would be generating incorrect information in much greater proportions than accurate information.
That is the question.
Check with the local community about the possibility of running a test, see if it works or generates URs!? What do you think?
