Reason for request:
Need to disallow left turn off the ramp, as that road is still under construction / not opened to the public.

People are illegally driving on this partially constructed road. What is the correct way of handling a situation like this?
Set the routing to what is legally allowed. If you get a UR about it state the obvious. I see even the Google car took the ramp!
The ramp is open for usage and right turn is allowed for residents staying on the northern side of the N4. Hopefully Tshwane Metro will pay the land owner for the right of way for the new road; apparently outstanding for a number of years since contract signing. Will keep on top of this one.

I’ve added a road closure on the closed road, from now until end December, so Waze won’t route traffic over this segment. Road closures effect is immediate, and doesn’t rely on the usual two to four day delay that map edits take to appear on the client, but can only be added and removed by L5 editors.
They stand out very clearly on the client interface, and when the road does eventually open, a Wazer can add a comment to the closure to that effect, and the closure can be removed, and Waze will then immediately start routing traffic over that segment.
