There are two addresses at 7594 de la Roche in Montréal, Canada but leads to a location that doesn’t exist.
This is the correct one:

Waze gets address info from a few sources. This particular address was not on Waze’s native map, so I can’t tell you where the error was coming from.
Put I did put it on the Waze map, which is supposed to have priority over all other sources of data.
You might need to remove the address from your Waze history cache and delete it from your home/work/favourites before it appears correct for you. Tap the three dots next to the address to bring up the deletion option in the history.
