E 177st Ramp to Throgs Neck Bridge - Time Restrictions

There is a UR posted HERE that says “ramp closed at certain times”.

If you look at the Bing Street Side (the Bing picture is much clearer than Google’s Street View).

The two signs say
RAMP CLOSED:
4pm - 7pm Monday - Thursday
12 Noon Friday - 7am Monday

RAMP OPEN:
Friday - Saturday - Sunday
10pm - 2am

Does any one else see the conflicting information here? I know it’s NYC Street Signs, but does anyone know what the actual schedule for the ramp is? We are currently testing time-based restrictions in the beta editor and this feature will be rolling out soon & I’d like to be able to get the correct info into the system.

Alright, I think I have gotten them figured out, but before I do anything, please check me - it’s been a quite a while since I’ve had to translate NYC Street Signs… ThrogsNeckRamp.jpg
Due to the way the Resticiton system works, I can do the Monday Midnight to 7am closure as one item & then an item that covers the Monday-Thursday 4pm-7pm Closure (which is why the Monday column shows open for 4pm-7pm - so I don’t add a special closure there when it is already covered)
